Back at work and its no fun

This is my first week back at work after being off for 16 weeks with my sweet babies!! To say it has been hard is a under statement. They are in good hands but it's so hard leaving them especially being off that long. This week had a little excitement. P had his first program at MDO,it was adorable. He did good!! Funny story,I was filming and they were done with the first song and p blurts out;mom you didn't clap, oops!! Love that boy;)
So glad tomorrow is Friday!!

pax 4th birthday party

It's hard to believe my first baby is 4. How did this happen? It seems like we just brought him home from the hospital.  I say this all the time but man time sure does fly bye! This year we did his party at Pump it Up,again..He loves that place and they pretty much take care of everything. That makes it a lot easier on me,especially since having a newborn. Plus there party package is reasonable and you can have a lot of friends. Win,win for us!! P was shy this year when they sang happy birthday, you never know what that silly boy will do. Last year he loved when they sang to him. Of course he loved opening his presents but wanted his dada up there with him:) This year he wanted a batman/spiderman party so we obliged and he loved it:) So,glad all his friends and our family could come.
Pax, we love you to the moon and back you are such a gift from GOD!!

Christmas 2012-Better late than Never

It's only January 30th and I am just now talking about Christmas. Things have been such a whirlwind I just don't have much time to blog. I love to blog and keep up with life happenings though.  This Christmas was good but oh so tiring. Caleb couldn't get out so trying to shop and do Christmas was just hard. We got it worked out though thanks to family coming over to our house so we didn't have to get caleb out but could still celebrate as a family. P had a blast of course. He loved everything he got. I think this year one of his favorite parts was making cookies. He talked about it forever. He just had so much fun making cookies for Santa and putting carrots out for the reindeer. Our Christmas in a nutshell was spent at home and low key and honestly I loved it. Not having to rush all over was a nice change. Can't wait for next Christmas when C will be 1:)

Hard to believe

I never really put hospital pictures on the blog. They all have been from my phone. I finally decided to put some up since this is our scrapbook.  When C looks back one day I want him to see the good pictures..lol!  Looking back at these pictures it reminds me of how far we have come and it's hard to believe that's us 2 short month's ago.  Our little C is a fighter and can't believe just how much he has changed. I remember getting wheeled into the NICU for the first time and I just started crying at the sight of the babies and then I laid eyes on C and Joe and I just hugged and cried. He was perfect and tiny!!That is one of the hardest sights I have ever seen. Seeing your baby with iv's and machines is not a fun day.. Having to put a gown on and scrub your hands and ask for permission to get your baby out of the crib is just a gut wrenching feeling but that's the hand we were dealt. Leaving the hospital without him was the second hardest thing I had to do. I would never wish that on anyone. The NICU nurses will always hold a special place in our hearts, they all were so wonderful!!  Just a little look back.
Next I hope to finally post about Christmas and P's 4th birthday.

me with C when we could feed him and boy was it a ordeal to unhook all the machines but it was so worth it

We couldn't hold him this day so I got some shot's of him

Pax is 4!!

I can not believe my first baby is 4. Seem's like yesterday I was at the doctor and was told you are having your baby today. These past 4 years have been a joy watching you grow into a little boy. You have a head strong personality and it tends to get you in trouble some. You are shy at times but are such a loving little boy. We are so blessed that GOD chose us to be your parents. Happy birthday pax,we love you to the moon and back!!!

C is 2 months old

It's crazy to think c is 2 months old!! Time is just flying bye way to fast. It's even crazier to think technically c should only be 3 weeks old. Just shows us that GOD is in control and had other plans for our family. C went to the doctor the 27th on his 2 month birthday. Here are his stats;
Weight-9.5 (5th percentile)
Height-20.5 (5th percentile)
So excited he finally made the growth chart. You are still tiny little meatball but gaining like you are suppose too;)
These days you follow our voice and you are starting to notice toys and are swating at things. Just this week you started giving us little smiles. You still only eat 3oz at feedings you just can't handle 4oz just yet. This week we are moving you to size 1 diapers, that's my meatball;) You are a sweet baby and love to snuggle. It feels like you have been apart of our family forever. We love you to the moon little meatball!!

On another note can't believe p will be 4 on the 9th:(
