I heart footed PJ's

Our aunt Jane got pac-man several footed pj's. I just love those things. All babies looks so adorable in them. I could just eat pac-man up. He kept grabbing his feet trying to figure out what was on the bottom of his feet. The first picture to the right is blurry but he is showing is 3 bottom teeth off!! He has 4 top teeth and 3 bottom.

I was off all week and loved being a SAHM. I wish I could do this all the time. He is in good hands with his great grandma and daddy all day, though. 4 weeks and I will be off another week and I can't wait.

Thanksgiving Pictures

Our first Thanksgiving as a family of 3 was a success. We had a wonderful time with all of our family. I was a little nervous as how the day would go. I was pleasantly surprised and can't wait until Christmas, oh and next Thanksgiving.

Our biggest Blessing EVER!!!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I just want to say that I am very thankful for everything in my life, not just today but everyday. This Thanksgiving is different than most, this is our first one as a family of 3. I am excited and can't wait to share the holidays with Paxton. I know he doesn't know what it is but in due time. Today starts many family traditions for you little pac-man.





First, I am so blessed to have GOD in my life and see him working everyday. I would hate to see my life without him. I continue to grow in him daily. He blessed us with the best gift ever, PAXTON!! I am also thankful for all of our family and friends. Words can not describe how thankful we are for each and everyone of them. They all have touched our lives in one way or another:)

Golf Cart Ride

Last weekend we went and had lunch with my parents. It was so yummy:) While we were there Pac-Man had his first golf cart ride. He loved it, he just looked around and smiled. His papa took him to the back of there land to see the cows. To my surprise he was not interested, he was much more into the leaves. Go figure!! I see a lot more golf cart rides in his future..

This is My Cage

Last weekend I was getting breakfast fixed and looked over and he was in daisy and lily's cage. He was having the best time in there. I let him stay long enough to get a picture. He has figured out how to open the cage all by himself. So i have to keep a close eye on him or he will be in there. It doesn't bother me that he gets in there but the dogs are in there 8 hours a day and there is no telling what goes on in there..ha/ha It is cute though, when we get him we put him down and first thing he does is crawl over and let the dogs out.

First U of M football Game

This weekend we took pac-man to his first college football game. We even tailgated before the game and had a good time. I was very impressed with little man. Pac-man did so good during the whole game. By about the end of the 3rd quarter he started getting fussy. I couldn't find his passey so we felt it was time to go. Low and behold I dropped the passey at the car:( However, I must admit he did very well to be 10 months old and have to sit our lap for so long. Don't get me wrong he wanted to get down and go crazy but we kept him entertained.

Here is little man all ready to go to mammaw's. He has gotten to where he has to hold his own bottle all the time. The only time he will not is his nighttime bottle. That's fine by me though, that is our special time Just look at that face!!

The 2nd Zoo Trip

I was off work last Monday so we headed to the zoo. It was such a nice day to go and had so much fun. It wasn't crowded so it made it super nice. Paxton loved watching the polar bears swim up to the glass. He would just smile and stare. His other favorite thing was the waterfalls. I believe he would have sat there all day if we would have let him.. All in all it was wonderful day with the boys..

This bird just flew right up where they were standing. Paxton really took interest in him.

Wordless Wednesday

Weekend Trip

This weekend we went on a little road trip to watch some football..My dad, brother, Joe and I went to Knoxville. Of course we knew the tigers didn't have a chance but it was still a fun trip. I love football period so it couldn't be a bad trip. It was hard leaving Paxton this weekend. It was the first time we have left for that long. My mom had him one night and Joe's mom the next night. He got a lot of extra love and attention so I know he had a good time:) It's just hard leaving your baby as all you guys know!! It was nice to get away and sleep but I could not have been gone any longer, i MISSED my pac-man soooooooooo much:)

Happy 10 Months

Well little pac-man you are 10 months old today. The time just keeps flying by and we are hanging on, so we can enjoy the ride. We are so very proud of you. You continue to change out world daily. We love it and wouldn't change it for anything. Each day with you brings on a different learning experience. We love watching you each time too:) Our heart's are yours little one.

Things you are doing:
You crawl all over the place and might I add you are fast
You love to stand and you are standing by yourself for longer amounts of time
You love to talk and babble
You are into remotes, phones and anything you are not suppose to have:)
You love to explore how things fit together and I love watching you do it
You are in size 3 diapers still

Feeding

I have written a lot of post about Paxton and eating. Those 2 these days just don't go together. He always wants the spoon, I let him try to do it himself. As you know very little actually makes it to his mouth. I know he will learn but I just want that belly to be full and I am afraid it's not. He is already small for his age, I mean not enough to worry about. We are trying all kind of finger foods and he just spits them out. I figured he would love them but he DOESN'T. He is about to be 10 months and I know feeding him baby food is almost over. But what do you do if they don't eat finger foods?

I just can't believe my little man will be 10 months old Monday. I say this all the time but man time flies. It really seems like I just had him and here I am thinking about what to do for his first birthday. I didn't believe people when they told me time would fly once we had a baby. Boy were the right!!! These days are spent soaking in all the moments because I know they will not last long. Don't grow so fast my little pac-man. I forgot to take the red eyes out, so he looks a little crazy eyed..

Our Little Monster

This was Paxton's 1st Halloween. It was so much fun but very tiring. He did so good trick or treating with his aunt Katie. He even managed to feel up his bag with candy..ha/ha!! He dressed up as a monster and it looked so cute. I just wanted to eat the little monster up. We really enjoyed this year's Halloween. It was much different than year's past..
