Caught Red Handed!!

These days our 2 dogs love following pax around the house. They have caught on to him and his snacks. He of course drops a million. So when he has food they are his bff!!! Well yesterday I finally caught him flat out feeding them, caught red handed!!! The dogs are getting double the food, they get the food he doesn't mean to drop and the food he purposely gives them. I believe the dogs and pac-man have a wonderful relationship. I guess he is making up for all the chasing he does to them:)

I don't really put pictures of me on here, I just don't like the way I look in most pictures. Oh, well I better get over it and deal with it. I did get a few of me and pac-man the other day. I just love pictures when he is actually looking at the camera. Those days are far and few between. It is nearly impossible to get him to look at the camera. So when I get some I have to display it, who knows when we will get another one..ha/ha Getting him to smile in the pictures is a completely different story. Hope everyone had a good weekend!!!

More Playdate fun

Playdate

A few weekends ago Pax had a playdate with Brentley. She is about 3 months older than pax. They had a really good time together. I was concerned at first because he kept taking toys away from her. Unfortunately he is not around kids his age often. I hope he learns to play good with other kids. They are either younger than him or older. He does go to the church nursery on Sunday but that's only for a little while. Nevertheless they ended up playing well together. She was more interested in him than he was her. I know he will come around we just got to find him more kiddo's his age.ha/ha There favorite part was the sprinkler (sprinkler pictures to come tomorrow)and the pool. Imagine that!

Happy Fathers Day

Happy father's day to a very special dad. Pax is so very lucky to have you..(so am i) He learns so much from you on a daily basis. You guys already have such a special bond and I love it!! The way you are with him makes my heart melt. Pax has an amazing example to learn from. Again thanks for being a great father and hubby..

I hate to say it but our pac-man loves him some snacks. He would snack all day if we would let him. As much as he eats you would think he would be a tad bigger..ha/ha!! Not to long ago we bought these cups so he could walk around with his snacks and not have to worry about the dogs getting them all. These also come in handy when he throws the cup down. These little snack cups were a very good invention by someone. Sure wish I would have come up these!!
They also come in handy in the car. I can just give it to him and don't have to worry about food going all over the place. Well the occasional cheerio still finds it's way into the seat. You mommy's out there should look into these things:)

My bro and sis

Last week my brother and sister came and stayed with us. It was so much fun, we loved having them. My sister kept pac-man all week and that was a added bonus. I got to sleep in a tad and got to leave for work a little later. Pax was good for them all week except the last day. Glad he saved that for the last day.ha/ha!! I love that during the summer they come and spend some time with us. We see them a lot but only a few hours here and there through out the year. So we had them to ourselves and no set time. While they were here we did a few things and just hung out. We loved the visit and can't wait for you guys to come back. Oh and pax misses you guys already:)

The fun of a juice box

The other night we decided to give pax his juice box. We usually hold it while he drinks. It was not the smartest thing we have ever done. That little stinker had the best time playing with that thing. He would squeeze the box and juice would go flying. Of course he thought it was hilarious. I mean he was laughing so hard!! We did have to take it away because it founds it way to the floor a little too much. Never the less it was a great time had by Pac-man..

Sprinkler Fun

It doesn't matter what you are doing with the water he wants in it. Watering the plants turns to spraying p down. He loves the sprinkler, almost as much as being in the tub!! He doesn't care how cold the water is coming out of that hose either.

17 months-What??

Time for the 17 month post already?? I feel like I just did the 16 month post. Things are changing so quickly, can I just freeze time?? Little pac-man is changing at the speed of light. So much happens with him that's new:)

Things you are up too:

The dogs and Food

Feeding time at our house is crazy. Between fixing food, getting pax not to throw his food over and the dogs jumping all the time. I am sure it looks like a 3 ring circus. Both dogs hover the entire time we eat and are constantly jump on p's high chair. We put them in there cage's and they just bark and cry the whole time. It seems to be a no win situation. Ugh!! At least the dogs are happy, right??

Memorial Day

Below are a few pictures from memorial day. We had a cookout and swim at our BIL's parents house. It was a fun time had by all. Yummy food, sunny weather and family what else do you need. Even the dogs enjoyed the time. Pax loved the pool, of course. However, we were not a fan of the swimming device pax was wearing. We thought it would be perfect but it rode up on him and made him lean forward. Not fun, with your face in the water the whole time. We tried a float and he cried, I guess because he could be free. So, let me know if any of you have any suggestions.

I am behind on post. I will catch up this weekend. I have some cute pictures from P's playdate. This pictures were sent to me so I just downloaded them to the good ol' work computer.

Books and more books

P loves to look at books. He doesn't care what kind of book it, as long as he can hold it and flip the pages. These days he won't really let you read to him because he wants to turn the pages. So has he flips the pages I just make up my own story. For now that works, ha/ha.. Don't you just love his nap hair. My little boy is growing to fast..
