Christmas Day/Night

After doing our Christmas just the 3 of us. We headed to Joe's mom's and step dads. They were finishing breakfast when we got there so that was perfect timing. We did our little breakfast at home just our little family and it was so special..Plus pax got to play with his toys. We talked for a little while and then opened some gifts. We got some nice things for sure. Pax made out like a champ, he got lots of new and fun toys. He has played with Noah's ark boat the most. Thanks granny and grumps!!

This year we did Christmas dinner at our house. It was so exciting to do at our house. We finally have a house big enough to host at. We thought it would be easier for pax and it was. It gave him a chance to play with his toys. It was nice not going all over the place. My mom and grandmother brought food as well so that helped a ton. We all pitched in and made it a wonderful time together. Baba and Nina made it to so that was even more special having it at our house.Once again we had to much food but man was it good. I was stuffed..Oh, and the pies were never ending:) Thanks Nana for the wonderful desserts!!
After we ate we cleaned up the kitchen some and then opened presents. Pac man got so many awesome toys. He got his very first 4-wheeler from his Mimi and papa and it his first helmet. How stinking cute!!! He is ready to ride:) Thanks for a great Christmas everyone..

Christmas Morning-Just the 3 of Us

Christmas morning was so much fun! Pax didn't really know what to think of all the Santa stuff. He walked in the living room like what is all this. It didn't take long for him to start playing with it all. The ball pit and the race track was the hit. He was so funny going back and forth, just not sure what to play with. After doing the gifts and stuff we had a nice breakfast and then headed to granny and grumps. In the next post I will do a post about Christmas day:)

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve, Joe had to work for a little while. After he got home, he got ready and we headed to Mississippi for Christmas with my step-grandparents and family. Pax took a good nap on the way there and was in the best mood when we got there. Of course we ate too much food but it was all so good!! We didn't leave hungry, that's for sure.. We opened gifts and chased pax all over the place. It was a new house so he was running all over. Pax also took a little ride on there golf cart with papa and he loved it. Our time there was lot's of fun, we enjoyed seeing everyone so much:)
Once we left there we headed to church. This was only the second time Pax has set through service. He did so good and loved the music, he just clapped and clapped. We sat with my brother, sister and step mom. It was such a nice service.

So these pictures posted out of order..Oh well!! After going to Mississippi and church we came home and made cookies. Pac-man loved it. I got the dough ready and then it was time for his help. He did almost all the cookie cut outs. He loved it!!! While the cookies were baking we gave Pac-man a bath. Once the cookies were done and cooled, it was time to decorate. His cookies were covered in sprinkles..haha!! Santa loved them, though!!

Christmas #3

Thursday the 23rd, we went to my mammaw's and did Christmas. There were lots of cousins and lots of yummy food involved. We had ravioli's, pizza and Italian spinach!!! All of it was so good!! Pax liked the french onion dip the best..lol We did presents and just laughed and talked. This year the adults did dirty Santa with gift cards. That was a blast, we will be doing that next year. All the kids had to open presents one at a time, they were all anxiously awaiting there turn:) It's always such a good time when we can all get together:)

Jordan went first and the others are just waiting for there turn..

Christmas #2

On Tuesday night we had dinner and Christmas with my Aunt Jane and her family. We had such a fun time..How can you not with family!! The kiddos had a blast running around chasing each other. Pax got his first set of "mega blocks"!! You would have thought those things were gold. He loved them and got very upset when we had to pack them up to head home.
Trying to get a good picture of 3 kids is near impossible but we did get some pictures:) It's hard to get a picture of pax especially!!

Christmas #1

I am going to break our Christmas post into days. We did about 4 or 5 different Christmas celebrations. So I hope we don't bore you all.. Last Saturday we did Christmas with the hubby's dads family. We have the pleasure of seeing mammaw everyday since she keeps pax but we don't get to see the other family as much. It was so much fun seeing everyone and eating all the yummy food. Aunt karen fried a turkey and it was the best EVER!!
Pax was not in a good mood that night. So I didn't get to enjoy it as much never the less we had a grand time with family:)

Christmas Trees and Fake Snow

The other night we took pax to see Santa. He neither loved nor hated Santa. P just sat there, like who is this but whatever. He was way more interested in the trees and snow. His papa showed him how fun it would be to throw the snow. Thanks Papa!! Pax was laughing so hard at throwing the snow but I don't think the workers were happy about the snow throwing.LOL!! For some reason Bass Pro would not let us take a picture of pax with Santa with our camera and I haven't bought our package yet. For now it's just pictures of pax and the trees..ha/ha
I can't believe Christmas is here. It seems like we just celebrated Thanksgiving. Time is just going by way to fast.

Zoo Lights part I

The Memphis zoo decorates with all kinds of Christmas lights this time of year. I went when I was little and I remember it being so much. It was even better taking my own child. We all had such a great time. Some of the grandparents even joined us. The weather was cold but it didn't stop the fun. Pax LOVED it!! He just kept saying lights, so funny. He was amazed at the lights all over the place. I think this will be a yearly tradition. I have posted some pictures but I have lots more to share:)
