We carved our pumpkin one night last week. P was not to sure about touching the guts. Although he did like the seeds. He wanted to look in the pumpkin every 2 seconds. He was so funny about it. I am trying to get all our little and big memories on her so i can do the blog to print. Have any of you ever done this??

Fun with Mimi

A couple of weeks ago pax, Mimi, me and the hubby made cupcakes. It was so much fun and yummy,too!! To my surprise p loved helping. His favorite part was putting the sprinkles on. Oh and eating the sprinkles. He did so good and acted like he just knew what he was doing. He is getting to big to fast. Enjoy your Halloween weekend..

Pumpkin Patch Part I

We went to a pumpkin patch birthday party a few weeks back. It was such a fun birthday party idea. P had the best time running around looking at all the pumpkins. It was so stinkin hot that day, that part was not fun. Included with the party pax got a mini pumpkin, little train ride and hayride. He had fun with it all. These people had so much for the kids to do. I posted the adorable pumpkin pictures first.
For some reason blogger is acting crazy with the pictures, I had two more uploaded and I can't find them. I will post more tomorrow..We have lots of cute pictures.

Pink Heals Tour

I am so behind on blogging.

At the start of the month the Pink Heals Tour came to Memphis. My step dad is a fireman and helped bring it to Memphis for the 2nd year. These pink fire trucks travel the USA to show there support and raise money for breast cancer. These trucks are pretty cool. The fireman that drive these wear some awesome looking pink turn outs. I wish I would I have got a picture of those. These guys use there vacation time to take these firetrucks around. This is such a great cause. If they ever come to your area go check it out!!

Tigers Game

A few weeks back we took pax to his 2nd tiger football game. He(we) had such a great time. P hung out with his Mimi and papa before the game and had the best time. He ran around and threw the football, this little boy was all over the place. I wish I had half that energy. The U of M stinks pretty bad this year but it was still a good time. My bff and her family also came, we all managed to have fun. We just didn't look at the score. LOL!! We left not too long after halftime, it was cold and P had already fell asleep. I see many more games in the future.

P has gotten into wearing sunglasses. He will not wear his, of course. He wants to wear my old random pairs. P wants to put them on himself and upside down. It's so neat to see him be independent and want to learn how to do stuff. However at the same time he gets ticked if he can't get them on. You live and you learn,pac-man:)

P has found a love for suckers. He so funny with them. Suck them NO, chew them YES!! We gave him his 1st sucker just this week. I think we have a sucker monster on our hands.

A Special Gift

Our Nana Peggy gave p a very special witch. If you ask me, she is the prettiest witch I have ever seen. This witch is very special to Nana Peggy and us now. My cousin Ryan loved this witch when he was younger. He passed away 2 years ago and was to young:( This year she gave us the witch to enjoy. I think P loves this witch just like Ryan did. It will be a very, very special part of our Halloween decorations. P loves to look at the lights on her(These pictures doesn't show her lights well). He always wants to pull the pumpkin off so we have to watch him carefully. She moves back and forth and like I said P just loves to watch and touch her and the pumpkin. Thanks Nana Peggy for the special gift. We all love it..

New Hair Color and Fun Outside

I got my hair colored for the fall. I haven't had dark hair in a looong time. However, I like it!! Enough about hair color.
Last week we had some cool temps so we played outside a lot. We got this new play set from my brother and sister. Obviously they don't use it anymore so p got it. He LOVES it!!! This slide his more his size and he can climb on the side. Just what we need more things to climb on..lol!! He still can't make it up the platform by himself to slide so we just stand there and lift him up. It's a good arm work out for sure. When we are outside he just goes from slide to slide, he can't make it to the big slide though(we have the stairs blocked off). He is still to little for the big "fort". Thanks Court and Cory for the play set, we all love it:)
I am ready for the cool weather to come back. It has been so warm here lately.

Run, Run

This boy could run all day long if we would let him. I only wish I had half that energy. From the moment we open the door he is running. We went to 2 outdoor birthday parties this weekend and he ran at both.. It was so hard to keep up, thank goodness daddy was there to help at both. P even slept until 8 this morning, poor thing was worn out. He was non-stop at both parties!! That is half the reason he is so little,he never stops:) I have plenty of pictures coming up from our funny, busy weekend..Although my camera was dead at one party.boo!!

Happy 21 months

Pac-man,

It doesn't seem right!! You are 3 months away from being 2, how did this happen so fast?? You are so much fun. I think I say this every single month. You are doing so much. You are our little piece of heaven.

Things you do:

• you sleep from 8:30 to about 7
• you still have acid reflux some, we go back to the DR. this month
• you go to MDO 2 days a week and are starting to love it
• you love balls and anything round is a ball to you
• bubbles and boons(balloons) are also your faves
• saying so many words, some we can't understand
• point to everything and show us what you want all the time
• love being outside, STILL
• you are into books and puzzles and starting to like cars
• love fruit
• you make so many animal sounds-pig and snake are our fave
• you got your 1st tummy bug(so,so sad)

That's enough to name for now. There is so much more I could add. You are our everything and thanks for adding so much to our family. I look forward to everything you do
