This was Saturday morning, all ice with a tad of snow..

When I got home from work at 11 Friday morning. Our work closed early.

Mr.Potato Head

Paxton got this cute Mr.potato head t-shirt for his birthday and I just love it. He looks so cute in it..My little baby boy is growing so fast.
We have been getting sleet and snow all day. So i got to leave work early and be trapped inside with the hubby, baby and dogs. This has been a wonderful day. I will have some pictures in the next couple of days of the ice and snow we got..

Bath Fun

Here are a few pictures of our bath time fun pictures. This little boy loves bath's so much. When I turn on the water, he comes walking in the bathroom so fast and smiling from ear to ear. He just can't wait to get in there. I have to watch him so close because he will try to climb over the side to get in the tub. We also have to make sure the toilet lid is down or he will be playing in that. Oh, yeah he loves to unroll the TP. That is one of his all time favorite things to do. Needless to say the bathroom is one of pac-mans favorite rooms..ha/ha

Proof about the Peas

If you know me well, you know I can't stand English peas. Yuck!!! My aunt and I have always disliked them. A few of my family members have given me a hard time about not fixing them for the hubby and now pax. Well, I gave in and fixed some. Ugh, the smell and just the sight makes me gag. The boys loved them and were happy. So I guess, I will be fixing them more in the future. The things we do for our kids and husbands. I am glad you enjoyed them my loves:)

The Day After

The day after pac-man's 1st birthday, we let him have another little slice of birthday cake. He got more into that, then he did his birthday cake. He ate his "smash cake" he just didn't get all into it..It took us putting his hand in it and putting some in his mouth..Maybe it was smaller and chocolate or the fact that he had some the night before. Who knows, but he loved it. Pax has the face to prove it. Ha/ha
I think we ate on the left over cake for a couple of days. It was so good!!

Ice Cream Boy

For Paxton's birthday his (great)aunt Karen gave him a ride on toy, that was like a ice cream truck. It is so cute, it came with 3 different ice cream cone toys. The toy sings and makes a horn sound. When you lift the seat, that is where you find the ice cream toys. Paxton likes to ride on it for a few minutes and then wants off to get the ice cream. Of course he puts it in his mouth, like everything else. This is just the cutest little toy, I recommend it for a little one. Very fun and entertaining for little ones..Go sale some ice cream, little man:)

So Sweet!!

The weekend of Paxton's birthday my brother and sister spent then night. Sunday before they left, Joe and I went grocery shopping. When we came back my sister had taken a few pictures of pac-man and my brother. I do believe my brother Cory, was fake sleeping but it is still the most adorable picture. Pac-man was down for the count and didn't care about pictures.

Our dog, daisy seems to think she got a new bed. Paxton got a "reading" chair for Christmas and daisy uses it more than pac-man. We have caught her several times in it. We make her get out because these chairs are expensive. Sorry daisy:( Your bed is just as comfy, I'm sure:) It is just her size and she does look cute in it. Maybe you can use it down the road but for now, it's pac-mans.

Looks like we have a long,skinny little boy..Just like his daddy:) Don't worry about his head, it's always been in the percentile but has been consistent in growth. Looks like we are right on track. We have started whole milk and are about to transition the bottles out..So milk from sippy cups, this should be FUN!! He said we could still do a bottle at night for a little while..I think we will try that instead of cutting bottles out all together..He was right on track with all his milestones, except pointing. We are going to work on that:)

Paxton,

Yesterday you turned 1. We can't believe it!! This past year has flown by. The year was full of joy and plenty of tears. We sure wouldn't change any of it. You have brought so much joy and love into out lives. Our '09 started with 6 pound baby and our 2010 is starting with a 1 year old 21 pound toddler. I know GOD hand picked you for us and for that I am grateful.
The things you have taught us is endless. We can't wait to see what this next year brings. Pac-man, you are a busy little man. You are walking and have the best time with everything. You have 7 pearly whites and are a good eater. So far, your favorite is Cinnamon rolls. You still eat some baby food and let me just say, I love when you sneeze with a mouth full of food and I end up wearing it. But I must say it looks lovely on me:) YUM!!
I still rock you some at night and I am sad to think that is almost over. That has always been our special time. I know we will have other special times. Again we love you so much and can't get enough of you. As we have always said, you are our little piece of heaven.

Last Christmas Post

This is the last Christmas post, I promise. Trust me there could be 100 more but I won't do that to my few readers..ha/ha!! My aunt got pac-man his pottery barn chair with his name on it. He loves it but at the moment he likes to stand in it. I know he will figure it out down the road. We are around him constantly when he is in that thing because you never know what he will do these days.
Only 4 more days and little man will be 1. I have so many thoughts about this, I just can't believe time has gone by so fast.

Paxton's Fave Christmas Toy

Paxton's Mimi and papa gave him a mickey mouse clubhouse tent with balls in it for Christmas. This has been his fave so far. He loves to get in it and stick his head out at you and smile. It's the cutest thing. He is learning to make the balls squeeze thru the holes on the side and let me tell you, he gets so excited when he does it. The bad thing is, he has discovered how to jump on the outside and bounce off of it. He is all BOY and loves being rough. I think he is going to give me a heart attack!! I can not believe he will be 1 in a few short days..
