Bathtime Fun

We just recently started letting pac-man take a bath with out any support. Of course he loves it!! He likes to crawl around in there so, all eyes are on him at all times. I am so glad that he likes bath time. Pac-man loves for you to squirt him with his little toys. He has also recently discovered the tub spout. So, he is trying to stand up and put his mouth on there just hoping some water will come out. I will turn it on every once and awhile and he will just laugh:) Also he has discovered his friend below. Anytime he is naked or getting a diaper change his hand is down there. I am not looking forward to all that:(

Cute Little Shoes

Right after pac-man was born, he was given the cutest little shoes. I couldn't wait for him to wear them. I decided I better try them on and guess what, they fit. They look so cute on him. I wish I would have got a better picture but he just doesn't sit for very long these days. His great aunt Suzie and great uncle Eddie gave them to him. Thanks guys they look so adorable on him. He didn't seem to mind them, he never tried to take them off..

I see you

Paxton is having fun chasing the dogs around these days. I hope the dogs are preparing themselves. Once he starts walking it's over with for the dogs. They have time to escape his crawl. The dogs are very good with him. I know they will be great play buddies here soon.

Do I have something on my face?

We tried Gerber spaghetti the other night. It didn't love it but he didn't hate it either..He is not eating baby food much. We have been giving him finger food as well but he doesn't seem to like that too much either. Do you guys have any suggestions of things I could try?

Pumpkin

Pac-man's poppy bought him a pumpkin. He really wasn't too sure about it. I figured as soon as we put it down he would be all over it. That wasn't the case, I must admit I was a little shocked. He is interested in everything else on the floor. He already likes to prove me wrong..ha/ha

All around the House

Pac-man loves his walker. We don't put him in it much but when we do, he is OFF.. Everything is fair game too. The poor walls have no chance against this speed demon. I mean he is just all over the place. Driving with one hand and putting something else in his mouth, way to multi-task little man. I hope you learn to drive better:) ha/ha

This side is better

The exersaucer has always been one of pac-man's favorite toys. Now he likes to pull up on it and play with the toys that way. He will get in to, but not for too long. I guess it is funner to play with it the other way. Hey, whatever he is happy with works for me.

Real Bananas,What's that??

Pac-man has decided baby food may not be for him. So that means fun times for us. We are trying to find some stuff he will eat. The other night I cut up some bananas, he was not to thrilled with this. Although he did like to mash them in his hands. I will give him credit he did eat a piece or two. Let's just say he didn't gobble it up. He will still eat baby food fruit most of the time and just a tiny amount of the veggies..What to do, I have no clue??

Outdoor Fun

Thursday we had some very nice weather so we headed outside. We have not really out Paxton in the grass without a blanket. Thursday we decided to try it out. At first he was not to sure and then he decided it wasn't too bad. He started grabbing and just holding it in his hands. He never tried to eat it, I'M SHOCKED!! After a few minutes he started crawling around and having a good time.

Happy 9 months

Man oh man, I can't believe I am doing your 9 month post. It seems like I just did your 8 month letter. These days you do so much, I am not sure where to start. You are still crawling all over the place. Recently you started pulling up on everything too. My little man you getting way to big, you need to slow down. You are starting not to like baby food and that's driving me crazy. I guess if you are hungry you will eat. We have started to give you big people food here and there. Of course you LOVE that!! Watching you blossom has been the best experience thus far. You are getting a personality for sure. I would say its a good one, too!! You are happy most of the time but when you are tired you better watch out. Pac-Man you have brought your dad and I so much joy over the past 9 months. We are looking forward to the future and all that you will do. We love you more than you can imagine.

Pac-Man loves this Standing thing

As mentioned in a previous post, pac-man loves to pull up and stand on everything. Once he is on the ground he crawls and pulls up. This is a huge milestone, I just don't know that I am ready for steps to be taken. It makes me so nervous when he pulls up because he doesn't know exactly how to get back down. He has done it a few times but not all the time just yet.

Paxton's New Ride

Ok, so he has a little Elvis lip in this picture. What can I say, he is from Memphis?? My mom got him this walker and he just loves it. At first he went backwards but he is starting to figure this thing out. For the most part he will go forward. Poor little man gets so frustrated when he gets stuck some where. I get a good chuckle out of it. We always come to his rescue:) Again excuse the boxes in the background.

Paxton and Marley

Paxton's aunt Stacey came by the other night with Marley. She is such a sweet dog!! Pac-Man loves her so much. Every time she comes by him, he just laughs. It's so cute. I thought they would be scared of each other but I was wrong. Marley likes to try and lick Paxton's face and he in turn likes to grab her fur. I am sure as he gets older they will really have lots of fun.
Paxton loves our dogs as well but he just cracks up at Marley. I think her being so big makes him really interested.

Hello Out There

I love that pac-man is starting to stand but sad at the same time. He is growing way too fast!! Now when he wakes up in the morning or after nap this is how we find him. He is just standing up having a good old time. He will just talk and/or chew on the crib. What taste better, right??

Excuse the bare walls, we have not hung a lot of pictures yet. We are slowly but surely getting there.
