Pax and the spoon

Our big boy is very into feeding his self these days. Good thing for him and not so fun for me on the clean up. So far he loves to feed himself applesauce and cereal. I know it will be a messy road but it's so fun watching him grow and to learn to o things on his own. I saved the best pictures for tomorrow, pax feeding himself chocolate pudding. What was i thinking?? ha/ha

New Bath Toy

We finally pulled a toy from the closet he got for his birthday. I am so glad we saved it for this age. He loves it!! I am not sure he would have known what to do with at 12 months. Let me just say, he sure knows what to do now. LOL!! He loves making the characters slide down the slide and making bubbles come out of the bee hive. He will sneak in the tub all the time to play with this toy, as you can see below in his Pj's!!

We have a few other presents we but up just because he wasn't ready for them. He will be soon and it will be like his birthday all over again..he/he

1st real haircut

Big man got his first real haircut the other day. He looks so big now. We did leave a few curls. That hair was just getting to long and crazy.

Vacay Pics or Lack of

So we went on a small vacay not to long ago. We went to St.Louis with my dad, brother and sister. It was so much fun and wished it would have lasted longer. Pax did so good the entire trip. The first day of vacation, I would say the first 4 hours of vacation we lost the camera. Needless to say not many pictures were taken. We got a total of 3. When we left six flags that night we asked if anyone had turned our camera in, NO SUCK LUCK. We weren't given up so we called the next day and low and behold someone turned it in. AMEN!!! Our hotel was about 45minutes so we didn't get back to get until our last day on the way out of town. At least I have 3 pictures and more important someone turned the camera in. I am so thankful someone honest found our camera!! God is GOOD:)

Bubbles, Bubbles and More Bubbles

Pac-man's granny bought him a bubble machine. He loves it!!! He just chases them around like crazy and gets so excited. All you do is pour the bubbles in and turn it on and it goes to town. Pax has bubbles going all over the place!! When he sees us get it out, he is ready to push the button and let the bubbles fly!! He also likes to stand right in front of the bubble machine!! He just can't decide whether to chase or stand in amazement..LOL!!

This Time Last Year

Could someone please slow down the time?? I can't believe how fast another year has gone by. Below are pictures of pax this time last year. It hardly looks like the same baby. His appearance has changed and his toys have changed. Even though all that has changed he is still our sweet little "baby". I guess he really isn't a baby any more, he is a 18month old toddler. WOW, he is closer to 2 than 1. I feel as if he has changed so fast. I know all babies do but man, i didn't realize just how fast. Before I know he will be kindergarten. Oh, how I miss that sweet little baby boy below but am loving the wonderful little boy he is becoming more and more everyday:)
