Zoo Lights part I

The Memphis zoo decorates with all kinds of Christmas lights this time of year. I went when I was little and I remember it being so much. It was even better taking my own child. We all had such a great time. Some of the grandparents even joined us. The weather was cold but it didn't stop the fun. Pax LOVED it!! He just kept saying lights, so funny. He was amazed at the lights all over the place. I think this will be a yearly tradition. I have posted some pictures but I have lots more to share:)

Oh, Christmas Tree

The day after Thanksgiving we put up our tree. This year we had extra help from a little boy named pax. He didn't know what was going on but whatever it was he liked it. P was running all over the place and was so excited. Once the tree was up, he kept saying tree over and over. The ornaments were finally hung and it was time to destroy..lol For the most part he has done great with our decorations. We put all the non-breakables on the bottom, good thing too. Those poor ornaments have been through heck and back with his little hands. Oh well!!

Run, Run
What do I do with these things??

23 months plus a day

I can't believe you are 1 month from being 2. That just doesn't seem right. Only 1 more monthly post, boo!!
You are such a talker these days. Some of it we can't understand but for the most part you speak clearly. Here lately you want to say every one's names(cousins, grandparents aunts and uncles)..Right now you love cars, handy Manny, balls and your munk munk. Poor little munk munk goes all over the place with you. You sill take your paci at night, which we are about to try and break after Christmas. You love going to MDO, you just walk in like you have been doing it forever. You really love Miss. Laura. You are still tall and skinny:) I have no idea how much you weigh.
This time last year you were just trying to walk and hardly touched the Christmas tree. This year different story. You have cleared the bottom of the tree and just your ornaments hang there. It's fine with us, you just love the tree and all the lights. All of us went to zoo lights and you had the best time. We can't wait to see you grow even more!!
There is just way to much to list. This list would go on and on if I listed everything you do. You are a piece of heaven and love you to the moon and back. Happy 23 months!!

Just Now Posting THANKSGIVING

I am just now getting around to posting about Thanksgiving. Needless to say I am behind. That's OK, I have a ton of stuff going on right now. We did have a great Thanksgiving with our family. I really didn't take a lot of pictures but below are a few I did get.
We did eat too much but that is expected, I guess. Of course we watched a ton of football and laughed a lot. The weather was rainy so that wasn't fun. In Memphis you just never know what kind of weather you are going to get.

My Boys Melt My Heart

My heart just melts when I see these two interacting. The hubby is so good with pax. They both love playing together. When P does something he looks at his daddy to make sure he is watching too, so cute!! The last picture really takes the cake. You can just tell pax has pure fondness for his daddy. I love capturing these moments in pictures. I know there relationship will be something very special.
They were sure into something..
True love!!! Look at P looking up at him, so sweet:)

Fun with Cousin Ella

Cousin Ella and her dad Jim came visited not to long ago. P and Ella haven't seen each other in awhile. Ella is about 7 months older than P. The two of them just had the best time. I was worried how Pax would do. He is not into the whole sharing thing these days. We are working on it. Ella lives in Denmark and is here spending time with her dad for a few months. So these visits are very special. All in all it was a great day. We can't wait to play some more:)

Trying to decide what to get into next.
Fun outside
